LimbTrimmer is an online directory that connects homeowners with tree service professionals. We provide a platform for tree service businesses to list their services and for homeowners to find, compare, and request quotes from those businesses.

2. User Accounts

To claim or create a business listing, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

3. Business Listings

Business owners who claim a listing represent and warrant that they are authorized to represent that business. By claiming a listing, you agree that:

• All information you provide about your business is accurate and up to date.
• You have the right to use any photos, logos, or content you upload.
• You will not misrepresent your services, qualifications, or licensing status.
• LimbTrimmer may display your business information publicly on the platform.

4. Paid Subscriptions

LimbTrimmer offers paid subscription tiers (Featured and Premium) that provide enhanced visibility and features. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Featured and Premium placement is limited per city and subject to availability.

5. Quote Requests

Homeowners may submit quote requests through business listing profiles. LimbTrimmer facilitates the connection but is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services provided by listed businesses.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Claim a business listing you are not authorized to represent.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The LimbTrimmer name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of LimbTrimmer and are protected by intellectual property laws. Business owners retain ownership of the content they upload but grant LimbTrimmer a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications or quality of any listed business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimbTrimmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from hiring a service provider found through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LimbTrimmer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
